Off late, Mrunal Thakur has been keen on defying gender norms one pantsuit at a time. It is 2022, and the lines between masculine and feminine are fading by the day. The gender-specific collections are finding it hard to stay relevant in the present day as androgynous clothing is taking over the racks. And Mrunal Thakur never fails to make a strong case for genderless designs—ranging from a classic custom-made black tuxedo for the Filmfare to a casual oversized bomber jacket, the actor is on the top of her game. With her latest look, Mrunal Thakur proves that you do not necessarily have to get rid of femininity to serve a powerful look. Scroll through to see how she nailed it.

Bringing the best of both worlds together, Mrunal Thakur opted for a custom floral patterned tailored set by label Aisha Rao. The ensemble was styled by Archa Mehta for the promotions of her recent release Sita Ramam. Her mustard yellow colour based co-ord set came with white flower motifs and dainty golden embellishments. Prioritising comfort with shoes over heels, Thakur paired her pantsuit with a pair of casual white sneakers making a chic statement. However, the highlight of her look was the choice of the neckpiece bringing the look together. The tribal oxidised necklace from Amrapali jewels featured yellow gemstones to compliment her pantsuit. To finish it off, she kept her tresses open with a straight hair look and opted for a minimal make-up look accentuating her brows. Thakur has once again shown us how to mix it up and still make it look good.
